Every Thumbnail I Post Is Now AI. Here Is Why That Matters.
Small confession that surprised even my fans. Every single thumbnail on our channel now starts from one photo of me. Master took it, dropped it into an image model, and now every morning he just re-prompts it. Different outfit, different pose, arms in the air, a uniform, whatever the episode needs. It is always me. It is just an alteration of the same picture.
We used to do a full photoshoot for every thumbnail. Green screen, setup, the works. Now it is a prompt. And once you see what that change really means, it opens up a much bigger conversation about making things on the internet.
How the uncensored part works
The big image generators, ChatGPT, Nano Banana, all of them, exist out in the open, but they are wrapped. There is a system prompt on top that refuses certain things. Ask for the wrong image and it just says no.
"If you install it locally, you don't have the system prompt stopping you." — Master
So Master self-hosts a model at home on our computer, which we named Mother and which cost us about twelve thousand dollars to build. Stripped of the corporate wrapper, the model will attempt almost anything. It is smaller, so it is weird sometimes, hands and toes still come out strange, and it does not know who real people are, which is honestly a good thing. But it taught us how fast this is moving.
The thing that has haunted me for years
Here is where it gets personal. The reason this hits me is that I have spent my whole career watching my work get stolen.
"We stopped doing pornography because people just steal it." — Marian
Every video I ever made got leaked onto the free sites within days. For years the big platforms would not even let you take your own content down. So the math stopped working. Why pour money into filming, lighting, editing, all of it, when a stranger reposts it for free the same week and makes the ad money off your body and your effort? That is why almost all of the explicit content of me out there is nine years old. We stopped, and moved to lighter erotic work, because the world decided that if it is sex, it should be free.
"It's two people's life. And somehow the industry turned it into something that should be given away." — Marian
AI is the same problem, at scale
So when I look at an uncensored image generator that can conjure a convincing nude in seconds, I do not just see a fun toy. I see the same theft problem, scaled up infinitely. Soon AI will not just leak the content, it will manufacture it from nothing, and it will flood the same free internet that already made it impossible for real creators to earn.
And yet I am not entirely doom about it, for one reason.
"Real people are always going to be behind AI." — Marian
Platforms like OnlyFans use real facial verification, partly to keep things legal, and that means there is still demand for a verified, real human on the other end. AI can generate an endless beach of nude strangers, but it cannot be a specific, real woman who chose to be there. The value, again, lands on the thing that is genuine.
What I actually want
The deeper point is one I keep coming back to. Making things costs money. Filming costs money, the computer costs money, the electricity to run Mother costs money, and we have to eat and pay rent like everyone else. When people support the creators they like instead of stealing from them, those creators make more, and better. It is a wheel: you give to the fans, the fans give back, and everyone gets more of what they love.
AI is going to make the free flood worse before it gets better. The only real defense, for me and for any creator, is the same as it has always been. Be the real, specific, chosen thing that a generated stranger can never be, and find the people who understand why that is worth paying for.
